Brian M. Benn, MBA, ARM is Principal and Co-Founder of ER&FS. His 20-year professional background spans environmental risk analysis and insurance underwriting, including solutions that blend the funding and transfer of environmental risks. Mr. Benn has underwritten a broad spectrum of environmental exposures, developed innovative risk transfer approaches to facilitate transactions or settlement of litigation, and provided mediation support and expert testimony.

Donald W. Moore, PG, ARM is Principal and Co-Founder of ER&FS and has provided technical and management solutions for 20 years. Mr. Moore has conducted more than 300 risk evaluation surveys of operational and environmentally impaired sites for property due diligence, remedial planning, insurance underwriting and other purposes and assisted with more than 400 environmental insurance claims. He specializes in remediation management including RFP processes, technology and cost evaluation, and is an effective regulatory agency liaison.
